At NASSAR GROUP sarl, we recognize the importance of protecting sensitive business and employee information. We are committed to respecting customer privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of information entrusted to us.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or use customer or employee personal information for unrelated advertising or commercial purposes.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled through the PayPoint Software website, our software solutions, PayPoint HR Mobile, and related services.
2. Information Collected and How It Is Used
Depending on the services and features enabled by each customer organization, PayPoint Software processes employee identification and contact information, employment and payroll records, financial information, attendance and work schedules, leave requests, HR documents, and user account information.
This information is used to provide authorized HR, payroll, attendance, employee self-service, and related organizational functions.
Website visitors may voluntarily provide contact and company information when submitting inquiries. This information is used to respond to requests and communicate about our products and services. Individuals may opt out of non-essential marketing communications by contacting us.
3. PayPoint HR Mobile
PayPoint HR Mobile allows authorized employees and managers to access HR and attendance functions through their organization’s designated system. The application is not directed at children.
The application uses GPS location to record attendance and verify punches at authorized workplaces or other permitted locations. Location coordinates associated with attendance punches are transmitted to the organization’s HR system.
Where enabled by the organization, the application accesses location in the background, including when the application is not in use, to recognize authorized workplaces and provide attendance-related reminders.
Photographs captured during attendance punches are transmitted to the organization’s HR system as part of the attendance record.
The application supports offline Punch IN and Punch OUT. Attendance information recorded offline is stored locally and synchronized when connectivity is restored. Certain data may remain on the device after synchronization, subject to applicable device storage, backup, and restoration settings.
4. Customer Data, Confidentiality, and Security
Customer organizations manage employee information within their designated PayPoint Software systems, including retention and deletion of records according to applicable legal requirements. NASSAR GROUP sarl provides software and related services according to customer arrangements.
